Plastic Components Printing Machine is a type of "flexible" printing. Pad printing is utilized on objects of almost every material, but especially plastics. The uniqueness of pad printing is the fact that the surface does not have to be flat. The flexible pad can print on contours (within certain limits). Closed ink cup systems enable storage of inks, in ink cup over length of time by eliminating contamination of ink from atmospheric contact and have varied advantages, such as one-time consistent viscosity, clean and dry operation by prevention of ink spilling, elimination of ink wastage due to daily change and reduction of tie as shift change. The machines can also print at a speed up to 1600 strokes/hr. and can be adapted to various feeding/conveyor arrangements to suit the product.
